4 Keys in the New Relationships

* Authenticity
* Sovereignty
* Compassion
* Joy! Joy!

* Authenticity

In the old consciousness relationships it was much about hiding who you truly were, in order to be accepted or appreciated by another, in order to fit in with society, or in order to have a false type of security and protection. In the old relationships one would either control or repress their energies to fit in, and this was mostly because of the underlying feelings of shame and blame, these feelings that lie heavy amongst mass consciousness. Deep underlying shame in oneself caused one to either control or repress their authentic expression. This shame would play out in the old relationships, where one person would play the controller and the other would play the represser (or one the abuser and the other the victim... or the one the blamer and the other the shamed)

The controller would use means to dominate or manipulate the other and the situation, they would play out the blame and the shame in an outward way. And the represser would hold in the pain, and run and hide, and cover up true feelings, and would play out the shame and blame in an inward way. Shame and blame, which are both the same thing, just that shame is inward and blame is outward, masks the truth that we are sovereign creators, it masks our authentic expression.

The way out of this old game of shame and blame is authenticity.

In new relationships authenticity is key, it is about honesty, it is about living your truth and authentic expression without compromise, it is also about taking responsibility for your creation and not putting the blame on somebody else and not allowing the illusion of shame (that you are doing something wrong) to drown your true expression.

* Sovereignty

In the old relationships it was much about dependency and feeding, and “what can I get from this person to fulfill and feed my needs”. In the old relationships one would compromise who they were because they felt powerless and felt they had no choice. In the old relationships one would sacrifice themself for the relationship, giving oneself away. Before realizing sovereignty one does not live as “God Also”,  and one will sacrifice themselves for another or for a “higher purpose” because the belief is that God is outside of them, separated from the wholeness. So one depended much on what was outside and what was out there in order to feel whole and fulfilled.

Now in the new relationships sovereignty is key, in sovereignty no feeding takes place because one realizes they are whole and complete, there is nothing one needs outside of themselves to live in wholeness and no longer is there a dependence on others to fulfill ones needs, one now does this for their self. And this sovereignty is pure freedom as we are no longer bound or chained to another and we can fly free together in the new.

* Compassion

In old relationships it was about conditions, “I love you only when you are a certain way, and if you change, I no longer give you my love.” Conditional love lacks freeness, and it is set up to bound one to outside circumstances. It is the love of outside attachment to limited formation.

In the new relationships is a deep unconditional love that is called compassion. This compassion is so very important in the new relationships, it is about honoring another’s choices whether you agree with them or not. It is the deep unconditional love that allows others to be who and what they are without judgment or expectation. It is the allowing and acceptance of another in whatever it is they choose to express and create for him or her self. This compassion is the most freeing of loves and it is the essential ingredient for the new.

* Joy! Joy!

In the old relationships it was much about obligation, drama, and expectation. Doing things because one somehow felt guilty or obligated to. These old relationships were based much around expectation, expecting things to be a certain way, expecting another to act a certain way, or even expecting the relationship to become a certain format (such as marriage) And all of this would bring up a lot of drama to feed on. And many times in this old one would sacrifice their joy to keep the relationship going in the same way because  of the fear of the relationship ending.

In the new relationships, ah joyful interactions! This is what the new relationships are all about. It is about choosing to interact with another only if it brings you great joy to do so. There are no feelings of obligation or expectation, just a freeness of expression and playfulness, where all interactions and exchanges are done with joy and play with none of the attached drama. And the joy is the spontaneity that keeps the new relationship alive, moving, and continually flowing. So look forward to lots of fun adventures ahead in the New Relationships, Ah Joy!

New Energy ~ A Playful Perspective

The New Energy is here!

It has arrived and I write to share my perspective and present findings in the New Energy. Writing about the New Energy is funny because... how does one define the indefinable?

When taking a look at the New Energy, I find the easiest way to describe it is by looking at what the Old Energy isn’t. Just for fun, I came up with a chart for the Old and New Energy differences.

Working With the New Energy

Working with the New Energy is not actually "working" at all, but a playing with it. I find the greatest discoveries come out of a playfulness and freeness of expression, in this exploration of the new consciousness. We are like kids who have just discovered a whole new playground. This playground is not just some old playground with a few improvements, a couple of new slides and a new set of swings made out of the same material as the old slides and swings, it is a playground of grand potentials. We find that what is a slide in one moment could be monkey bars the next. We are creating it, we are the Masters and this is our playground. And it’s time to have some fun!

I find beauty in the New Energy in the way that it is always changing, you just can’t hold it down or figure it out. It is in constant renewal from a limitless source. It loves play, movement, and free expression. And it cannot be bound to or limited by a particular form of identity. In the Old Energy illusion our ability to create was very limited to identity and in my opinion very boring. The New Energy however opens us up to the potentials of magnificent creation. There is so much to explore in the ways of new consciousness that one could never get bored with it.

As the Old Energy systems crumble and the illusions of duality begin to dissolve, we are creating more space to play around with the New Energy. One could say the ability to create in the New Energy increases exponentially the more we play with it. Working with the New Energy potentials creates exponential "results", results that are not really "results" at all, but gateways into further expansion of experience. (expansion + potential = exponential)

Four Keys in the New Energy

Here are four keys that I find helpful in working with the New Energy:

* Simplicity * Self-Awareness * No Expectations * Jump In!

Simplicity

In the old energy things are set up as long and complicated processes. To do anything in the Old Energy usually takes a lot of planning, methodology, manipulation, and force. The key to working with the New Energy is to keep it simple. There is a grace and a flow to the New Energy that cannot be made complicated. Why? Because it just is.

Self-Awareness

"I am that I am" Self-awareness is key to Mastery and key to working in the New Energy. In the old energy consciousness, it decides for you "who you are", and limits you to a particular role with little ability to choose. In the New Energy consciousness, you are that you are, and you cannot be defined. Awareness of self is always changing, evolving, and expanding when working in the New Energy. And awareness of the expansive self is key to efficiently working in new energy.

No Expectations

In the New Energy, if you want to manifest a green pencil, you may end up with a purple pen or maybe even a red Farri. But if your "expecting" it, it’s probably not gonna happen. Why? Because the energy of expectation is the old energy of control and limitation. The new energy cannot be limited by expectation, and here is where acceptance comes in. Acceptance moves the energy, allowing potentials to unfold freely. New Energy is the receiving of experience, free from any expectation. And in this acceptance and receiving the new energy potentials come dancing in ready to play.

Jump In!

Are you going to sit at the side of the New Energy pool and wait around for a while? or Are you going stand tall in your truth, call upon the trust in your heart, and dive in? Perhaps maybe you will just dip your toes in a little, thinking about it in your mind, "hmm, what is this new energy?" New Energy is all about trust, you may not be able to see it with your human eyes or define with your human mind, but its there, you know it, you feel it, you trust it, and you dive in.

Ready, Set, Jump!

Celebrating New Energy

As pioneers, we are on the cutting edge of consciousness exploration, everything we do and everything we discover, is changing not only the potentials for the Earth and Humanity, but also the potentials for the entire Universe. Wow! I celebrate all of this beautiful work we are doing. . . and now I raise my glass in a toast, a toast to the Grand Creators We Are and the blessings of the New Energies arrival... Cheers!

Namaste

Giving the Victim "Props"

Dear Fellow Directors,

Are you giving your victim props?

“Props” is street-slang that means giving proper recognition or appreciation for a job well done. The victim is by far one of the greatest actors known to mankind. When the victim is on the stage, get ready to witness a perfect performance. They know their lines so well; they practice by repeating them over and over and over again. They are constantly creating the stages to perform the role they know so well. The only problem is they like to take over the stage, re-acting the same scenes over and over. So as a Director, what can you do when this happens? Perhaps your victim is not getting the “props” it deserves. Do you appreciate your victim, who is constantly re-acting on your behalf, but perhaps never quite getting it right? Can you take a moment to honor this role your victim has been playing and allow it to take its well deserved bow? Can you say to your victim, “Bravo, a wonderful performance, I congratulate you for a job well done”

As a Director on the GRAND stage of life, you most likely have or have had a victim as one of your star performers. And just as with any performer who is not recognized for their talents, they can get discouraged, and continue to re-play what they believe is their role, until the get the “ok” from the big guy (that is you by the way). So I ask all the dear Directors out there, are you ready to set your victim free? To accept the role they are playing, to honor what they have chosen, and allow them to be the grand actor they are? Perhaps your victim is ready to take that bow, to say to the audience, “thank you, thank you”, to receive a beautiful bouquet of white roses, and then leave the stage with a smile on their face.

I take this moment to give “props” to all the victims out there, thank you.

And now I take a bow

Most Graciously,

Director Becky

Foolish Games ~ The Art of the Fool

Have you mastered the art of the Fool?
Can anyone ever master the sheer genius of his art?

The role of the Fool is purely one of divinity. For is it not in laughter that we discover our true angelic nature… angels playing this delightful and sometimes painful game of human?

Are you the Fool, the fooled, or both? Are you walking through the House of Mirrors, so caught up in your own seriousness, your own illusions, your own games that you choose to keep playing them, that you cannot see the forest for the trees, that you cannot laugh at yourself in the mirror? Are you playing the ultimate joke on yourself, where laughter is experienced as pain? It is said by some, and perhaps you believe it, “no pain, no gain”… but more appropriately it is “no pain, no game”

How foolish the Fool is to blindly step into the abyss in complete trust… or is this the act of pure genius, the act of utter and complete foolishness, the spontaneous leap, the very nature of innocence?

Without a thought and without a doubt, the Fool will open new potentials and start playing with them. He doesn’t know what he will find inside and he doesn’t care. He makes his own game of them and when they get old, he let’s them go, let’s them completely go…

But maybe the Fool doesn’t let one go, just this one he wants to keep, and so he gets caught up in one of these potentials and it starts to get really old. Perhaps he has been in the House of Mirrors for too long, and he is bored. So he starts to trick himself, to get caught in his own traps so that he won’t be bored anymore. This is when he becomes seriously foolish, when he is so caught up in his own game, that he forgets that he is... but a Fool.

Then, at some point, he gets bored of the boredom games… and perhaps he starts stumbling around, frantically searching for an exit from the House of Mirrors, trying to escape from his own traps, tripping over his own shoe laces. This goes on for a while and it is like watching a dog try to catch their tail. And sadly the Fool never catches his tail, however he does catch sight of himself in the mirror. And he thinks, “what a silly man that is”, and he scratches his head, somewhat perplexed at the silly behavior of this man in the mirror.

And at this moment the Fool realizes it has all been just a silly game and this makes him laugh out loud, and he laughs, and he laughs. And at this moment he remembers he is but a Fool. He is now ready to walk through the mirror and step again into the abyss to play a new game. And just before he walks off the edge of the cliff, the edge of this mirrored reality, he sees you in the mirror and he says to you, "Laugh at your foolishness.” And you ask him, “Why?” And he answers, “Because it is funny!”

And so it is dear friends, you are a Fool, and so am I

And So It Is

Surrendering to Yourself

“Who am I?”

Who are you truly? Such a simple and profound question that asks the seeker to look within. When asked this question the mind tends to want to immediately identify with something external. For example if someone comes up to you and asks you, “Who are you?” A common response would be your name, where you live, and what your profession might be. You may say things like: I am a mother, I am a husband, I am a student, I am an American citizen. Although these responses may make up a part of your outward identity, they are but minute and temporary aspects of the grand and multi-faceted beingness that makes up you.

Self-awareness is key to Mastery. Many times throughout our daily human experience we identify with things that are not truly who we are. For instance we may think that ‘who we are’ is what income bracket we fall under, or the kind of car we drive, our social status, or we may believe our past is what makes us who we are. We may believe things like the kind of lifestyle we pursue is ‘who we are’, the kind of clothes we wear, the type of house we live in, or even what’s hidden under the bed is what makes us who we are. But are these things really what make up who we are or are they mere illusions in a grand human game?

In observing yourself with non-judgment and becoming aware of the identities and limited beliefs you carry, you can then begin to detach ourselves from the roles that many times bind you to a particular form. The totality of you is much more than the costumes you wear or the masks you design. When you believe that you are bound to a particular form of identity, you then become stuck in a pattern of limitation. As your mind struggles to protect an identity of limitation, it will do anything to try and convince or reinforce a false sense of self. After a while this can get very uncomfortable and wearing to your inner self, to the creative soul within, who wants to live freely in expression.

Change always starts from within. You are the presence underneath the costumes, the fanfare, and dramas of your life. You are the observer, the witness, and the magician whose expression is playing in form. Real change begins to occur when you surrender who you "think" you are and allow yourself to be who you really are. It is about residing in the beauty of you, in the all accepting and forgiving light of yourself. A powerful transformation takes place when you surrender to the core essence of yourself, to the God / Goddess within. In every moment is the opportunity to surrender to yourself, to surrender to your divinity, to surrender to the knowingness that you are the source behind each and every expression of yourself. This is true liberation and freedom of the soul.

In this deep surrender of yourself, choices become clearer and life becomes simpler. Simpler because there is no longer a struggle to be someone other then you are. To simply be yourself is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to others around you. Your inner-self, the true you, is pure and boundless. When you surrender to you, your life becomes problem free because problems are nothing more then an illusion, a false identity of the mind created in the belief of limitation.

So here is a simple exercise in surrendering. It should be easy, easy to be you, if it becomes difficult, you are trying to hard. Whenever you find yourself in a place of resistance or struggle and you are not centered in your inner essence...STOP, stop right there and take a deep breath. The breath will carry you in and return you to you. Relax, Listen, Observe, and Feel. Detach from any mind chatter that might want to take over. Let yourself be as you are.

If you feel the struggle start to take over again take another good deep breath... and let it go. Realize that the pain, the worry, or the stress you may be feeling is not truly you, it can be released by you through choice. Make the choice to let it go. You can say to yourself “I do not choose this.”  And it can be this simple and this easy to return to you, to return to your presence, your self-awareness, to core essence.

We live in a world of heavy conditioning, expectations, and demands. A place where it is easy to fall out of presence and into unconscious behavior patterns. Changing these patterns is easy and inevitable from a place of awareness. Remember that all change starts from within and you always have a choice. In each and every moment you have a choice. Will you create your life from the beauty of who you truly are or will you sacrifice yourself for an illusory identity that is not really you? The choice is always yours.

You can only be in service to others when you are in service to yourself first. This is not to say to be in service to an uncaring selfish ego, but to be in service to your core essence, to the divine spark of the source that lives within you. Because this is who you really are, you are a Creator in a universe of unlimited potential and possibilities. And it is a wise soul who realizes, “Life is a Self-Fulfilling Prophesy.” As a Creator you realize you are here to live life to the fullest.

Make the most of your experience and everything that you desire in life will begin to fall into place. Don’t do it because you "should", or because it is expected of you, or because it might bring you some more money, or because everyone else is doing it. Do it for the experience. Do it for you. This is the way of a Creator.

We are purely experiential beings playing in roles of identity and form. The experience is what we take with us through this journey of life. So have fun with your creations, let them be free, surrender to your grandness, and most of all enjoy your life. Because isn’t this what we are here for, to enjoy life and to enjoy the blessings of each other in the physical? Each of us has our own unique colors and flavors to share with the world. When you surrender to your own unique flow, the song of yourself, you give others the space to do the same. You become a shining example. And the co-creation of a beautiful world then becomes effortless. We are here to inspire and to be inspired.

Ask yourself again, “Who am I?”

and answer with, “I am”

Thank you for being you

Beliefs ~ Limting and Otherwise

Seeing is not believing, believing is seeing

Plain and simple, beliefs create reality. Beliefs are much like codes of a computer program. The codes make up the computer program’s functions, much like beliefs make up the functions of one’s reality. Beliefs set up foundations, structures, and conditions of reality.  Belief in limitation hence, creates a limited reality. This limitation is what much of current humanity’s reality is made of. This is quickly changing with conscious Creators like you.

When you believe you are powerless, you are

When you believe you are grand, you truly are

Beliefs are not meant to be permanent concrete structures. Stepping into your Creatorship, is allowing your beliefs to be open and flexible. You empower yourself by questioning your beliefs. You can ask yourself questions like, “Does this belief align with my truth?”, “Does this belief nurture my creativity?”, or “Does this belief serve to empower me with grander purpose?” When a belief no longer serves you and you are ready to change it, this is done through choices. Through new empowering choices the belief expands its former boundaries. As your reality shifts, this is where the magic begins to happen, the synchronistic flow comes in to serve and align with your new expanded awareness. You enter a space beyond belief when this happens, the space where creation is conceived. What kind of reality will you choose to create with your new expanded beliefs? As a Creator, you are pregnant with possibilities, you choose what to birth.

Believing that you are only your mind is an extremely limiting belief. The mind is here to serve you, you are not here to serve your mind. The mind is a beautiful tool, but it is not you. If you allow your mind some time to adjust, for the most part your mind will support your new beliefs. Do not get discouraged if your mind goes off on a tangent, or thinks a "bad" thought, let it be. Do not become attached to your thoughts because many times they will end up disappointing you or sending around in circles.

Your mind is like a mischevious puppy in training, it gets bored and wants to run off and chew on something, sure allow your puppy to play, but don’t let it rule the house. You are not here to cater to your mind’s every thought. It is here to serve you, to support you when you need it, but it was never meant to rule you. Just allow it to be and don’t get caught in its trap. Think a "bad" thought if you will, thoughts don’t create, you create. And you are much more than your thoughts. So if your thoughts get out of control, all you have to do is tell your mind, “Heel, roll over, sit, stay, good mind.” Then give your mind a new bone to reward its good behavior.

If you are easily drawn into the beliefs of others, taking on their truth as your own, you may want to take a look at yourself and your beliefs. Are you running away from who you are, distracting yourself so that you don’t have to take responsibility for yourself? If so, this is a weakness that needs to be addressed. Be absolutely honest with yourself. Stop looking outside of yourself for answers and go within. You will find your truth in your heart, from your soul, not in your mind. For some it may seem scary to journey within, it takes a good deal of trust. If you are fearful, breathe with yourself and gently find the sacred, beautiful space within. Allow yourself to feel and discern what is your truth. Then base your beliefs on your truth and nobody else’s. Allow yourself to live the grandness of your truth.

Taking A Look At Beliefs

You can find beliefs and belief systems everywhere you look. These beliefs range all the way from mundane to otherworldly. Take a look at some of your day to day beliefs, this can be a very funny exercise. Here are some example beliefs that you may want to question yourself with, this is just an exercise (there are no "right" or "wrong" beliefs): do you believe that certain foods will cause you to gain weight; smoking tobacco is addictive; vitamins will keep your body healthy, sugar is bad for you; you have to work hard to make a living; carrots will improve your eye sight; gas is expensive; global warming is a threat to the environment; locked doors will keep you safe; men can’t wear dresses; it is not safe for pregnant women to drink; or 2012 will be the end of the world as we know it? These are just beliefs, again there is no right or wrong answer. Allow your intuition to guide you into discerning what is truth for you. Do not blindly believe something just because everyone else does. Take a good look at your day to day beliefs and see if they serve your truth. If they don’t simply make the choice to change them, and toss the old beleifs into the fire of creation.

If you find yourself getting too serious about something, you may be caught in a limited belief system. This is a good time to laugh at yourself. Beliefs can be real funny things. Your laughter will loosen the beliefs constraints, it is the “I am only human” joke. It is funny because you know you are more than just human. So have some good laughs and let yourself unwind. Believe in the power of your joy.

Imagination ~ A Master Key of Creation

Your imagination is the vehicle

that will take you to grand places

Where do you want to go and what do you want to experience? The imagination knows no limits. One of the grandest tools you have as a Creator is your imagination. Your imagination is vast and powerful. The imagination takes you beyond the limitations of the human mind to a place where infinite possibilities live. The imagination is your palace or magical castle in which you dwell, it is your horse with wings, your dreams alive, your golden chalice, and your treasure chest of the finest sparkling jewels.

To imagine is to make real

A Creator knows that thinking is limited to the mind, and the mind cannot comprehend beyond its confines, beyond what it knows as "real" or beyond what it knows as "fact". The realms of the imagination however, knows no boundaries. There are worlds, upon worlds, upon worlds created in the imagination realms. A Creator believes in the power of their imagination, believes in their I-Magic-Nation. When in your I-Magic-Nation you have the ability to create anything out of no-thing, the power to create something out of nothing.

Remember

Remember when you were a child for a moment, before you were lost in a world of words, definitions, and concepts. Remember the time before you forgot who you were and where you came from, before you were programmed to believe in limitation and taught to communicate in a linear fashion. Close your eyes and re-imagine yourself as this child, fill yourself with the magic of imaginary beings and places who enchant your senses and inspire you to create. Remember how you believed in the magic, how you believed in the possibilities. Perhaps you believed in Santa Claus, if so remember how this belief brought abundance, excitement. Remember the place where there was no preconceived ideas of right and wrong, no shoulds or should nots, just pure raw creative potential waiting to be explored and played with, magic waiting for a wizard to express through. You are this child, this moment is now, you are the magician, you are the Creator, this is your playground. Remember who you are.

Believe in your imagination, never doubt that it is not real. Your imagination will take you on exciting new adventures.  Imagination is the source of light that will feed you when there is no food, the source that will keep you warm when it is cold, it will guide you home when you are lost, and it will even take you on vacation when you are stressed out. Your imagination will free you from any prison. An escape artist knows the imagination. The imagination takes you beyond the illusion to where freedom lives. Freedom is calling you to the next master key of your creative liberation.
